In the US and Canada usually Sunday is considered the first day of the week. I have installed the Windows All-In-One and I noticed that the GTK Client correctly displays Sunday as the 1st day of the week, but the Web Client displays Monday as the 1st day of the week.
There must be a place/way to change it in web client as well! Is the popup calendar some kind of JavaScript?
