Neither, it's a field you set in the form:

1. go to Admin/low level objects/actions/report xml
2. open your report, or create a new record

The report_openoffice fields will show in the main form. The parser definition 
is in the second tab.

Again, you just need an openoffice.odt file. No report.xml. I strongly suggest 
getting a report working with a simple odt file and nothing else. Forget about 
the parser initially.

Once you get that working you can move to your desired report-layout and parser 
customizations (if any).
