Hi, Is not entirely like that. In OpenERP you can sell goods (through Sales Management) that are or not in stock, but if you set the sale order with invoice from picking, you can do: 1. Validate picking: will generate one picking with state 'done' for qoods that you are in stock and one piking picking with state 'confirmed' for goods that are not in stock and delivery later. 2. Create invoice from picking. 3. Use rvaliy patch.
