Why are we spending so many lines of talking about the license variant here?
With respect to the site, I can tell it is simplified, matches the general trend of the new version. Wrt. the license, there is two facts: 1. the license of the www.openerp.com site is irrelevant, since this site promotes the product and company, why should anybody want to copy that site? 2. OpenERP itself is truly free (as in speech), with the strictest freedom-ensuring license out there (AGPLv3 is RMS's favourite).
