It's working for me:
(from the README in beta\TOSSIM-CC2420)
1. [...] "Make sure that the line is actually commented out, and run
"make" from that directory. "
2. [...] "inserting this path under the rule for "jarfile:
plugins/plugins.list"
3. [...] "Then run make from that directory"
Worked for me.
I am using snapshot 1.14.
Where are your problems exactly?
Did you do all of the above?
