Hi,

I modified TOS_Msg to better follow the IEEE 802.15.4 standard.
I want to use TOSSIM, TINYVIZ as simulation tools and use plugins such as Radio Links.
The destination hardware is TelosB.

The simulation is running, packets are send, but it seems that I need to modify something so that the packets are detected as being addressed to my mote.
This seems to be because of the modified struct.
Is there any way I can modify TOSSIM/TINYVIZ to deal with the new packet-struct?

I'm sure there is. I can't say much about TinyViz, but it should be pretty easy in TOSSIM. You can always just run TOSSIM in gdb to see why the packets are failing address filtering, or just add a few dbg statements.
