Hello,
 It was nesC problem. I reinstalled my cygwin and the TinySQL can be compiled now. I'm wondering how I can use the tinysql command.  It says
tinysqlcc: not found
 when I try to execute it. Thanks a lot.

It looks like you have some kind of nesC installation problem. Does
compiling regular apps (e.g., Blink) work?
