Just forgot to mention that it didn't work even I just installed
tinyos-1.1.11-3is.exe. I followed the uninstallation instructions
step by step http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-1.x/doc/uninstall.html.
My whole tinyos is fresh. However, I don't dare to try tinyos-1.0.exe
version because I have to upgrade cygwin that I don't want to
waste more time.

I couldn't think of any other reasons. My wild guess is tinyos-1.1.11-3is.exe
By the way, the other things in my TinyOS work properly.

Thanks,
NueNoi

That's all I have.

Today I tried to reinstalled everything again. I used tinyos-1.1.11-3is.exe
found in http://www.tinyos.net/dist-1.1.0/tinyos/windows/ and upgraded
to snapshot version 1.1.14. Can this be problematic? I can't see any
other reasons.

I think I will try to install /tinyos-1.1.0-1is.exe. Thanks for your help
