Did you set the baudrate correctly? In HPLUART0M outp(25,UBRROL) instead of outp(12,UBRROL)
Meanwhile I am still looking for the answer to the original RSSI question. What is the conversion factor from volts to db? Otherwise can somebody tell me what range of output is expected on the RSSI pin? raw ADC number is fine I dont really need to convert them.
