Hello Pablo You can find nesc-1.1.2b-1.cygwin.i386.rpm at http://www.tinyos.net/dist-1.1.0/tinyos/windows
However if you want to use Deluge, there is still an issue that I haven't resolved. As far as I can figure out - and still working through the details - 'mig' can't generate the appropriate deluge message headers that are supposed to live in tinyos-1.x\tools\java\net\tinyos\tools. If you don't want Deluge you are OK. If you do want Deluge then it **may** work out better to upgrade each rpm - as it appears that somewhere in the upgrades deluge <msgHeader> files are introduced in tinyos-1.x\tools\java\net\tinyos\tools instead of being built in them. I haven't yet found the solution to it. At one point I deleted my tinyos-1.x\tools\** directory and restored it all from tinyos-1.1.15Dec2005cvs.. and that didn't have the deluge <msgHeader> files, or the capability to generate them with mig. I was at the TinyOS conference last Friday and I completely forgot to ask some of the knowledgeable people there about it.
