[Tinyos-help] Programming Pins

I'm using a Mica2Dot and was wondering which pins are required to program the Mote with the MIB510? Pin Number or names will do (ie 1,2,6 or spi, adc, etc) I'm trying to make a cable to program my mote instead of having to seat it on the board.
