I think the mica2 radio baud rate IS 19200, but it looks like you
need to change CC1K_BAUDRATE after extracting much useless information
from the CC1000 spec sheet.
If you mean the UART baudrate, which defaults to 57K, look at HPLUART0M.nc
and the USART section of the ATMEGA chip spec sheet.
