That's about all there is, except for the standard AVR files
that are in the cygwin tree at usr/local/avr...I don't know
where the source for the stdlibs is.

I suggest you start with the tinyos/doc/tutorial and the
nesc doc files. If you did install the whole cygwin dev
system you can use TOSSIM to run things on the host pc.
