Thanks Prabal.
Okay, now I get it. Actually I had downloaded Tinyos 1.1.0 from http://www.tinyos.net/download.html and upgraded the CONTRIB directory by downloading it from CVS repository. Now when I look into my tinyos-1.x/apps , it does NOT have "Testtimestamping" application.
So, I guess I should have downloaded everything under tinyos-1.x from CVS repository instead of only the contrib. Correct me if I am wrong.
