Hi,

I have installed Moteiv Boomerang application. I noticed that
it automatically upgraded nesC to 1.2.4. I didn't expect to move
from my current version 1.1.2b to this newer version. Everything
went fine with my application for telos. However, when I want to
compile some applications for Mica2, it doesn't work at all.

I googled this problem and found that some people don't recommend
to install nesC>1.2 if we want to work with Mica2. Also, in TinyOS FAQ
page it's mentioned about nesC1.2 that the programmer needs to install
some patch to ensure compatibility within compiler toolsets. I download
those patches from
http://www.tinyos.net/dist-1.2.0/tools/windows/

When I try to upgrade my avr-compiler toolset, I got this error
package avr-gcc-3.4.3-1 is intended for a cygwin_nt-5.1 operating system

I don't want to uninstall this version and install nesC1.1.2b again. Can anybody
shed me some light? Thank you very much.

Regards,
NueNoi
