Hi Tony, I've never seen anything like that. I'd be very surprised if the flash itself is bad, though you can always try a second mote, just to be sure. You can also double check that your flash is being erased before your writes. Other than those obvious things, I'd say the next step is increase the number of bytes you write to the flash each time by adding some padding, and see how/if that changes where your errors occur. That may help pinpoint where the error may be in code.
