Indeed. Does the C-based SF work on TinyOS 2.x?
support/sdk/c now has a reasonably complete mini-sdk for C, for 2.x:
- a serial forwarder (sf.c)
- a serial packet reader/writer (serialsource.[ch])
- a serial forwarder packet reader/writer (sfsource.[ch])
- mig support (see yesterday's message to tinyos-devel, nescc-devel),
and the message.[ch] files + the example in prettylisten.c
- ncg support
(the mig/ncg stuff will work for 1.x too)
I'm not 100% sure that porting serialsource.c is significantly easier
than porting the toscomm stuff, but it does give a lighter-weight
environment....
