The default TOSSIM 1.x radio model is for a very old platform, the mica, which didn't have LQI. It also doesn't provide RSSI. There is a CC2420 plugin for TOSSIM that a student at Berkeley wrote under Joe's direction. I don't know if it provides LQI. It can be found in the beta/ directory.
