Hello,
Kindly enlighten me about the differences between the Receive and
ReceiveMsg interfaces. When can I use the Receive interface and
when can I use the ReceiveMsg interface? What indicates which one
to use?
ReceiveMsg is (in theory) for data-link (GenericComm) packets only;
Receive is more general, and is for any protocol layers above it. In
2.x the former has disappeared, and everything provides Receive (as
whether you are at the data link layer should not necessarily be made
explicit).
