Hi
I am trying to upgrade from tinyos version 1.1.0 to version 1.1.15. I am
using Windows XP.
I have done the following.
First upgraded cygwin, and then installed the
tinyos-1.1.15Dec2005cvs-1.cygwin.noarch.rpm.
When I run toscheck, there are no errors.
I am able to compile the apps for mica2.
However, when I run "make telosb", I get a very long error message. The
first 2 lines are
/cygdrive/c/DOCUME~1/Chiu/LOCALS~1/Temp/ccXaKija.s:2: Error: no such
architecture: msp430x1611
/cygdrive/c/DOCUME~1/Chiu/LOCALS~1/Temp/ccXaKija.s:6: Warning: .type
pseudo-op used outside of .def/.endef ignored
....
Any ideas how to solve this problem? The problem seems to be with the
telos, telosa and telosb.
Here is stuff I tried to fix the above problem without success.
Tried installing the latest msp430 stuff. Installed
msp430tools-base-0.1-20050607.cygwin.i386.rpm
successfully.
However, I couldnt get
msp430tools-binutils-2.16-20050607.cygwin.i386.rpm
or
msp430tools-gcc-3.2.3-20050607.cygwin.i386.rpm
to install
