Hi,
We recently completed the design, implementation and
testing of a congestion control scheme to provide fairness,
while maintaining efficiency, to all the flows in a wireless
sensor network.

Code (alpha release) for IFRC is available at

Currently, IFRC is available for Tmote Sky.
