IF you poke down a bit further in MakeXbowLocal you should see things like:
CFLAGS +=-DCC2420_TXPOWER=TXPOWER_MAX
CFLAGS +=-DCC2420_DEF_CHANNEL=26
for the micaz....is that what you are looking for?
