CC2420Control.SetRFPower(uint8_t power) is in CC2420ControlM.nc.
Add interface CC2420Control to YourProjectM.nc and component CC2420RadioC to YourProject.nc, and hopefully you can call setRFPower() and other functions to change the radio's configuration.
