The full part number is CMR200TB32.768KDZBTR which is the only crystal
on Citizen's website that even remotely looks like the one on the
board.

Keep in mind this part has been discontinued (it is not RoHS
compliant), so most everyone is moving to a different crystal for RoHS
motes.

It is a standard Citizen crystal.  It is +/-30ppm over temperature.

Place an ammeter in series with the power source.
