Hi!
I have the same problem. So, I read there was a bug with the 1.1.2b nesc version. Therefore, I solved the problem installing the 1.1.2a nesc version:

Hi ! I installed TInyos on Fedora 5 accroding to the instrutions on the website. make pc was perfect after I installed compat-gcc32. Hwoever, make mica2 gives out assembler errors:
/tmp/ccFOvuiZ.s: Assembler messages:

/tmp/ccFOvuiZ.s:10: Error: unknown opcode `disablecou'

As told in the faq, I made sure that nesc version was correct ( I am using nesc1.1.2b).
I am using the following:
avarice-2.0.20030825cvs-1.i386.rpm

    avr-binutils-2.13.2.1-1.i386.rpm
avr-gcc-3.3tinyos-1.i386.rpm
avr-insight-pre6.0cvs.tinyos-1.3.i386.rpm
avr-libc-20030512cvs-1.i386.rpm
graphviz-1.10-1.i386.rpm

regards,
Prabhdeep
