It's the same.
Yes, they're the same.
T2 was the name put on a paper in order to provide some degree of
anonymity. But we've also not been that meticulous in using names.
For example, the TinyOS Core Working Group has been called the Core
Working Group, the 2.0 Working Group, the 2.x Core Working Group, etc.
