These are the new TinyOS tools.
The installation instructions say to update the rpms (which removes
the old versions): "What does need to be upgraded are your compiler
tools. Install the appropriate version of the following (Windows or
Linux) with the rpm command 'rpm -Uvh '." You didn't do this, so you
have all the old tools still there, which is confusing everything.
*Get rid* of all the old tools listed above, using rpm -e (*).

*: you might want to get rid of avr-insight-6.3-1, and keep the older
avr-insight-pre6.0cvs.tinyos-1.3. They both have issues, but at least
last time I tried, the older one worked better.
