Looks like the SimpleTime tick is 32 TOS-milli-seconds
(see INTERVAL in SimpleTime.nc), which are not-quite(TM)
real ms. I think a little faster then real actually.

We are using Timer.getLow32() to have the 32 bits of the system time on
a MICAz mote.
We are computing a difference of two values to get a delay. This
difference in system time unit.
Does anyone know how to convert this value in milliseconds?
Is there any reference to this?
We did not find any clear answer to that.
