For Cygwin, there are two versions of nesC: 1.2.7a and 1.2.7b.
Depending on the version of Cygwin that you have, one will work and
the other won't. The upgrade web page linked from
http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.x/doc/
has links to both versions. Whichever one you have, you want to
uninstall it and then install the other one.
