1) I originally wrote TEP105 and no one in this group (or any other
group) has ever asked me to help revisit it, including David Culler.

2) I don't recall any discussions where it was concluded to be
"trickier than originally thought."

Any reference(s) clearing up items #1 or #2 would be appreciated.

Since Boomerang addresses some of the implementation issues with
TEP105, I'd be happy to discuss how these can be addressed, including
Time Stamping, which is sorely lacking from both TinyOS 1.x and 2.x
releases. Frequency agility is another sorely missing item that I
sought to define in TEP105.

Please have David Culler contact me if he is actively working on this TEP.

Best regards,
-Joe

They were early attempts at defining abstractions which turned out to
be much trickier than originally thought. David Culler is leading an
effort to revisit TEP 105. For now, 104 is inactive.
