Hy Sumit,
I'm not really familiar with Surge, but I think all of your motes
(including Basestation) should
run with Surge. And your Basestation is the only
mote with TOS_LOCAL_ADDRESS = 0.
Perhaps that is the reason for your HopCount = ROUTE_INVALID (=0xff).
