I have not got any reply in this response. I am still waiting for some help. However in a meantime, I got rid of WARN messages regarding log4j but the problem still doesnt solve. I am still having following two problems regarding nucleus.

TOSBase not able to communicate with remote nodes.
Drain just give output only once i.e. i dont get more output for anymore queries unless I restart all the nodes in network. This time however I've also tested it for remote node and even after running drain command TOSBase doesn't able to retrieve information from remote nodes.

Please advice.. I am still hunching for answers. What should I do?

java net.tinyos.drain.Drain

but its giving some problem. I havent tested it for remote nodes yet but the main problem with this command is that after I run it I could retrieve data only once from the network. I mean to say that once this command is being given to system, data can be retreived only one time as after that every next query give blank output. To get data again from network I had to restart all the nodes including base ones. The following output will give you some idea about the problem I am having.

and when I run query I get following warnings:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (net.tinyos.nucleus.NucleusInterface).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

Please advice. I really need to solve this.
