You'd have to go look at the 'Z schematic, but I think the battery voltage reading is different from the mica2, where VoltageC should work. The '2 uses an external ref on ADC7 that needs to be switched on with the PA5 output, but the 'Z may use an internal ref on a different ADC channel. The controller manual might help elucidate.
