SInce all other chips do not define TOSH_DATA_LENGTH, so the value
is always 28.
This is a 1.x vs 2.x difference. In 1.x it is 29 bytes (it was
originally 30 bytes, then the length field made it 29); in 2.x it is
28 bytes.
