not ttySn0 but ttyS0 I hope...
You can also try turning on verbosity with the uisp -v=4 option.

Thanks Michael for the answer. i will post the errors monday when i will
be in the office, but i can tell you that in the makefile the serial
port is defined as you said (/dev/ttySn0 because i'm using COM1). You
think I have to change this string?
