I am a currently using the latest dev distribution of TinyOS-2.x and TelosB
motes. I am trying to obtain a power consumption model for the TelosB motes,
right now specifically the power consumption of the CC2420 radio. My nesC
application I wrote transmits a packet periodically and I am varying the RF
transmit power. According the the specs when the the RF transmit power is
varied there should be a varying current draw. But when I measure current draw
I am not able to observe this varying current draw. For my setup, I have placed
a 10 ohm resistor in series with the battery pack and telosb mote and I am using
an Oscilloscope. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
