I'll give it a try. It wasn't clear from the web site I was looking at
whether it supported both Linux and TOS 2.x. Frankly, from that newsgroup,
it's still not clear judging from the questions.

There was some discussion as to Plug-ins just in the last few weeks. (Check
the archive.)
Eclipse is Java-based and so are the plug-ins. They will work on Linux/Unix
without modification.
