I badly need some help.
I would like to know the performance of TDMA based on PRIME/SPRIME program of
Lin Gu in the contrib directory using the following metrics.
1. success ratio and/or packet loss
2. delay
3. jitter
4. complexity
5. utility/throughput
Do you have any idea how to measure or calculate them?
At this moment I was able only to display the packets using java listen tool
and I am lost. I know the theory behind the above parameters but I do not know
how to code it in tinyos. I am not a programmer so if only you can give me some
tips where in tinyos I should focus in order to determine and calculate them.
The format of the packets is similar to this.
FF FF 98 7D 1A 02 00 12 21 AC FA 1C 00 61 61 61 61 61 61 61 61 61 61 61 61
What I will do in computing the missing packets or packet loss is just count
the number of skips based on the sequence number of the packets (?). But for
the others, it is still a concept.
