There are good chances that you may have a faulty Mote. There are several possible reasons for this - programming with low voltage, mis-configuring the Atmega fuses, ESD damage etc.
Try pressing the Mote connector into the MIB board firmly until it seats properly and then reprogram. If that doesn't help, please e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your original Sales Order number for this Mote and we can issue an RMA# for repair/replacement.
