I figured out what was wrong. My application works like below.
- wait 1 sec using one shot timer - acoustic sensing (512 samples) at 8.333KHz - stops sensing and transmits sequentially 16 packets where each packet conveys 32 samples - stops transmitting and wait 1 sec using one shot timer again, and doing over again. The problem I faced was switching sensing on & off when data was acquired. So, I just keep sensing on and set a flag which determines when sensing is activated or not. Now it works fine.
