Hello everyone, We recently purchased the Tmote Connect device from Moteiv. However, we are unable to install and use it on the network.
Following instructions provided in the user manual has not helped. The Tmote connect device does seem to boot up (One beep and Power and Ethernet Leds are stable) but we are unable to lookup the ip address of the device. The support link on the moteiv site does not help either. We also tried using an IP scanner tool to detect the device, but in vain. Can someone please help us with this ? Thanks in advance.
