Be sure to set ADC2 to input. TOSH_MAKE_ADC2_INPUT();

Hi Folks, I'm using the GIO1 of Tmote Sky as the output digital pin. As for the reference, R16 was populated with 0 ohm resistor. But the high voltage I measured from the GIO1 output is only around 1.7v. Is it supposed to be as 3v? How can I get 3v output from GIO1? Thanks!
