Just thought I'd mention this in case anyone is interested...
I was looking for a ref to Rob't Hooke's discovery of
synchronized pendulums, but found this survey paper on sensor
net clock synchronization instead:

No warranties offered or implied as I haven't read it, and
the author(s) may be on this list already.
Now if someone knows about synchronized grandfather clocks
or if it wasn't Hooke, who? Send me the links...
