You can't sample some of the values at exactly the same time, but you can
send anything you can fit into 29 bytes.

See the crossbow code in Surge Reliable (SurgeM.nc) for one (messy)
implementation of it, on top of Multi-Hop Router.

I not sure if I'm answering this question the way you intended it. Do you
want them sent in the same message? Or would you prefer them to alternate?
Do you want to read them from every node at the same time or not? They are
all possible.

Synchronizing the motes is possible, and depending on your tolerances easy
or difficult.
