Please read through the doc/tutorial to get an idea how things work.

Assuming you are using TOS1.x:
The OscilloscopeRF demo app measures light by default and can "easily"
be changed to Temp by swapping around a configuration in
     tos\sensorboards\micasb\DemoSensorC.nc

The MPR-MIB_Series_Users_Manual_B.pdf manual has some info about
converting readings to real temps, as does the octavetech protocol
document that is frequently mentioned on this list. Neither of them
deal with calibration if I remember correctly, so some back searching
on this list will help too.
