Packetizer.java is your file...but it is hidden away under
BuildSource.makePacketSource().

See  tools\java\net\tinyos\tools\Listen.java for an example of use.
Listen is a simple program that can connect directly to the serial
port using the same MOTECOM setting as SerialForwarder.
