err...on what platform? If it's MSWidows the only way I've found to figure it out is to rummage through the ControlPanel ComputerManagement DeviceManager looking for likely COMx ports when the adapter is attached. Then use ttySx-1, ie: if it's COM6, use ttyS5
I've found that my adapter changes it's port number based on the USB jack and any external hub used. MS roberto pagliari wrote:
