Hi Virginia, I am having the same problem with floats & mica2/micaz. I spoke to techincal support @ xbow earlier and here's their email reply:
"The mica motes and the telos motes do not support floating point calculation only integers since the MCU it is only 8-bits. Your best bet would be the Imote2 that we offer. For more information regarding the Imote2 please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] and they should be able to answer any questions that you may have." Have you been able to find out if TOSSIM lets you perform floating point calculations and transmit the same? regards, prem
