I'm not sure what you mean. What are you actually trying to do?
Nescc usually requires at least one config file and some
{exp,im}plictly referenced actual code file(s). Plus there
are some 'hidden' things like RealMain that get included...
The Blink demo app is pretty much the smallest thing going.
