Dear all,

We are testing or we would like to test on our micaz motes (tinyos-1.x) some
directional antennas.

We have the right connectors, so we unplugged the old antennas from the rear
side of the motes and

then we plugged the connector of these directional antennas in the motes.

Well, I still have an " omni-directional antenna behavior". Then I noticed that
removing antennas from the mote,

it is still able to communicate in an omni directional way (is there an
internal antenna? That I cannot remove?).

My question is: how to avoid that the mote continues to work
"omni-directionally" and force them to use our directional antennas?

I checked in the archives but I didn't find the solution.

Please, it is really important for our work. Your help will be really
appreciated.

Thank you very much

Daniele
